Terms of use

SlotCafes is an independent local-discovery and public-data analysis service covering licensed Illinois video gaming locations. It is not a gambling operator, does not accept wagers, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Illinois Gaming Board or any establishment listed.

Every currently licensed establishment appears here, not only businesses that pay us.

Playing a video gaming machine in Illinois requires you to be 21 or older. This site is intended for adults.

You must provide a valid, verified email address and attest that you are 21 or older to use an account. You are responsible for keeping your Clerk-managed sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Guest and Free accounts have weekly search allowances and result limits shown in the product. Premium consumer access removes the weekly product limit and provides the complete paginated result set, while ordinary abuse-prevention limits still apply. Public city and venue pages remain available without an account or search allowance.

If you claim a listing, you confirm that your relationship and business contact information are accurate. A claim grants no owner controls until an administrator approves it. You may edit only the establishments covered by your active approved membership.

You retain responsibility for submitted descriptions, contact details, photos, alt text, amenities, events, promotions and links. You grant SlotCafes permission to store, review and display approved submissions as needed to operate the listing. We may reject or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful or outside the listing's purpose.

After ownership verification and moderation, approved evergreen profile details and photos may publish on a Free or Featured profile. Events and promotions publish only while the establishment is Featured.

Featured placement is clearly labeled and appears separately from non-Featured results. It never changes official payout figures, source data, confidence, or the selected sort order. A Featured establishment may also appear in its truthful non-promotional position.

Billing is currently disabled. Premium consumer and Featured business access can be assigned or removed manually by a SlotCafes administrator, and the site does not currently offer checkout, automatic renewal or charges. Any future billing terms will be presented before payment is enabled.

Figures on this site are computed from official Illinois Gaming Board reports covering a rolling five years, as described in our methodology.

Historical observed payout is a record of what already happened at one establishment over a stated period. It is not the theoretical return of any game or machine, it is not a prediction, and it does not describe your chance of winning anything. We publish no “best odds” or “loosest slots” claim, because establishment-level totals cannot support one.

Source reports can be revised, addresses can be wrong, and a venue can close between reports. We correct what we find, but the site is provided as-is and we do not warrant that every figure or detail is current or error-free. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Gambling carries risk. Nothing on this site is encouragement to gamble, advice about how much to play, or a suggestion that any location will pay you back. See our responsible gaming resources, or call 1-800-GAMBLER.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or otherwise request the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, or work around rate limits;
• attempt to gain access to any non-public part of the site, its database or its infrastructure;
• present SlotCafes data as an official Illinois Gaming Board publication, or as a claim about odds or expected winnings;
• use the site to harass an establishment or an individual.

The underlying reports are public records published by the State of Illinois. Our compilation, calculations, presentation and text are ours; please attribute and link rather than republish wholesale.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts unauthorized access or violates these terms. You can export your local account data and delete your account from the account page. Approved establishment content may remain as listing data after your account is deleted.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlotCafes is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including any gambling loss.

If a listing is wrong, tell us. Official values sourced from the IGB are never edited by hand; where the source is wrong we record the discrepancy and, where we can, seek a corrected report.

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes will be described on this page rather than applied silently.
